04/13/2016 Hemoglobin A1C 5.2 <6.2% Normal
04/13/2016 HDL 57 >=45 mg/dL Normal
04/13/2016 LDL 127 <=100 mg/dl Abnormal
04/13/2016 Triglycerides 74 <=150 mg/dl Normal
04/13/2016 Total Cholesterol 199 <200 mg/ dL Normal

Given my weight and how far from low-carb I'd been eating (and that I was only 7.5hrs fasted when they drew the blood) not bad. My last A1c was at close to the same weight, but when I'd been losing weight (and eating moderate carbs), not gaining, was 4.8 I believe.

My HDL is finally up out of the high 30's, my trigs are great and the LDL doesn't bother me because A: it's a calculated number that punishes me for decently low trigs and B: no telling particle size. My trig to Hdl ratio is 1.3:1, which is fantastic.

I wish I could pull up past numbers I've posted here but apparently we still can't search groups.

    But we got "like" and "awesome" and can post progress pics on the app or some nonsense so who needs to do something useful like search group posts... :smirk:

    Yeah, I'm an *kitten* like that.

    Anyway, congrats on the NICE numbers! :+1:
    My total cholesterol was high at 225. But HDL was 103. And trigs in the 40-something. So who cares about total in our cases, right?
