But his post is targeted towards people who seem to believe the more insulin, the more muscles you get. I'm not sure how the Maillard effect is impacted with lower carb or keto.
My guess is that since mitochondria really likes to be burning fat rather than glucose for fuel, less waste, more ATP etc...There could possibly be slower aging with keto adaptation compared to a SAD diet. Meaning the less browning effect, the more youthful we stay.
It's a bummer that the food we need to live, slowly kills us. This is one of the cornerstones in the CR community. Personally, I'd rather live life to the fullest rather than being a walking skeleton and be 130 years old. Each to our own1 -
Am I reading this right 3 meals & 3 snacks will more than likely raise my A1c???

Looking at the title solely, I'm Just glad it's not some bull raw food diet nonsense trying to convince people that humans are vegetarians and that eating cooked food causes.....cancer....death...whatever they want you to believe.
