Hoss, that is almost a duck-face. I didn't know you were into that.
Another Breaking Point workout today, this time for legs. Goal is to amass as many points as possible, alternating between group A and B with no repeats (i.e. after doing an exercise in A, then B, you must do a different exercise in A when you come back to it).
Group A: Deadlifts
Bodyweight = 0.5 points per rep
Bodyweight plus 50 % = 1 point per rep
Double your bodyweight = 1.5 points per rep
Group B: Box Jumps
18" = 0.5 points per rep
24" = 1 point per rep
30" = 1.5 points per rep.
No scheduled rests. The box jumps aren't bad by themselves, but they start to affect the deadlifts after a bit.
My score was 187. I'll try to beat this in a couple of weeks.

Today I did 45 minutes of Turbo Jam and went for a 20 minute walk.1

Today was a bit of a rest dayjust burned a few cals riding my bike getting some errands done
. Will do YogaX tomorrow.
