It's not that I'm even still hungry but I really want something. It could be more habit. Any suggestions? Right noMagnesium Malate my macros are right on and I still have about 55 calories left.

When I was really focused with my low-carbing I had one square of dark (80%) chocolate. I'd snip off small pieces and let them melt on my tongue. Dessert every night!2

I would typically have a bit of dark chocolate and a cup of coffee in the evening. I've gone without the chocolate since the beginning of this month since I'm eating carnivore style right now. But I still look forward to coffee or tea in the evening. Even though I stopped sweetening those too.
I think there is some habit to it. So, working on making the habit work with your goals is a good idea.
In the past, I liked having carb master yogurt from Kroger. It's really good but has artificial sweetener. If that isn't a problem for you, you might like it too. I would get vanilla and add coconut flakes and shave a little dark chocolate in it.1 -
I usually do about ~4 oz Greek yogurt with a few berries, and a touch of truvia. I've also put some whipping cream in a small blender with dutch cacao powder, vanilla powder and a bit truvia - it will set up real fast 20-30 seconds like. Then freeze, makes a creamy frozen chocolatey dessert.5

That sounds very good, gonna have to try it!0 -
I like to put the carbmaster yogurt in the freezer for and hour to hour and a half. It just freezes some of it and it takes away my craving for ice cream0

Most evenings I have one square of 85% dark chocolate with about 1/2 cup of blackberries. It takes awhile to get used to the dark chocolate but it is satisfying. Also, for me it's virtually impossible for me to over indulge in dark choc due to the bitterness. It doesn't trigger other cravings.2

If you like ice cream and have room for some berries in your diet you can make a super quick and easy frozen-ish treat with just berries and heavy cream. I found blueberries worked best. Just toss some frozen blueberries into a food processor, pulse them a couple of times until they're all ground up, then slowly pour in some heavy whipping cream and blend until it's a consistency that you like. You'll want to eat it right away, it'll start melting quickly. It doesn't really freeze very well, so I would always make it and eat it then and there.1

Paleo, that sounds awesome. I'm not really supposed to eat berries but I can get away with a few blueberries since they are less seedy then other berries. I will try that this week.0

I find the variety of flavors in Quest bars hit the spot for me every time.0

If you only have 55 kcal, a small bit of dark chocolate is all I can think of.
But I love keto cereal. Toast up some coconut flakes and put a little heavy whipping cream on top. Wow! So good! Much fat!2 -

Awesome, satisfying, fast chocolate mousse: In a small side dish bowl, 1 TBSP unsweetened dark cocoa. The better the cocoa, the better the mousse, i.e. Ghirardelli. 1 cup of whipped cream. 2 tsp. or more to taste of Splenda or other sweetener. Stir vigorously with a fork 1 minute and eat.
A smoother version: Place 1 TBSP cocoa powder in bowl and slowly add 2 TBSP very hot water while stirring. This will make a syrup. Add sweetener and taste to liking. Pour over whipped cream and mix as much as desired. Looks like a sunday and so sweet and satisfying. Surprisingly low carb and low calorie and can really be shared or split by half.
