A fried egg on an english muffin w/ shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and spinach and a cup of cherries.1

Slept through breakfast. Brunch was 1 cup pasta, mayo, Italian dressing and spinach salad with 3 oz. of baked ham.1

1/2 whole wheat english muffin
2T mixed greek yogurt and light cream cheese

Steel cut oats with a mix of strawberries and rhubarb sweetened with a few stevia drops for topping and a drink of milk and then for my second breakfast a fried egg sandwich on high fiber whole grain bread and 1/2 a large Apple.0

We went out for breakfast this morning.
I had 3 scrambled eggs with 4 strips of bacon & 4 slices of
fresh tomatoes on the side. Black coffee with a little stevia.0 -

Exhausted this morning. Got up with only time to dress and take whatever I was going to eat with. So all I had were three little sugarless cookies and about 8 pecan halves. And the day didn't get any better.0

My favorite sandwich: Ezekiel Sprouted Bread, 4 oz chicken breast, kosher dills, Kerigold Dubliner cheese, Miracle Whip, and fresh basil leaves.2

Whole grain thing bagel grilled with Monterey Jalepeno cheese stick, egg and avocado with cantaloupe and 0% plain Greek yogurt. Yummy0

2 pieces of fruit and fiber toast topped with cottage cheese and cantaloupe melon on the side.
