    Had a good day. We've managed to make it almost a week with everyone actually well! I've discovered smoothies work well with my whey protein crap. So it tastes good, like my treat, but it's packed with protein and fresh fruit so it helps with muscle recovery. So I'm pleased. Went out to eat but still styled well in my calorie range. Had a taco salad and water. No pop and no sides.

    I'm amazed how easy it is to get everything done when no one is sick...and when no technology issues crop up at church. Everything prepped without any issues and everyone being well has led to my stabbiness finally receding and feeling somewhat peaceful. I have a haircut tomorrow and a run gait analysis. Next Wednesday I meet with my counselor for the first time. A bit nervous about that one cause it gets expensive. But thankfully hubby is very supportive and also talked about coming with me if I ever think we need that. Right now I just want to focus on some of my glaring codependency style issues that he has nothing to do with except having to struggle to try and get me to be more assertive. Anyway.     Sounds good Val, you needed a breather after such a long sick winter.

    I feel better, but cough still here. Went out for a short time yesterday to pick up something from a friend then i sat at bench overlooking ocean for a hour. All part of my mental therapy.

    Going to university to register voters this morning later, said i may stay only an hour depends on cough.

    Probably do another hour in sun. I miss exercise but even a short walk makes me cough.

    hello! hope all are ok or at least on the mend.

    it's allergy season and i'm feeling it. cancelled outdoor exercise today.

    have been really consciously eating most of the time and it is really different, paying attention to hunger and body rather than my usual. i have also been very hungry lately (partly due to tom).

    have been staying up too late watching netflix and then sleeping in instead of getting up to have my precious hour alone.
