hello! I have been a member of MFP off an on for, well, for ages. I discovered EM2WL a few years ago and was on a roll. Last year I was working out 4 days a week, lifting heavy, HIIT and boxing, and eating well and loving my body. Then the *kitten* hit the fan, essentially. I went through a very tough divorce (married to a narc, control freak for 11 years), moved house, broke my finger, started a new (busy but awesome) job and just lost my groove, in a nutshell. This was all in the past seven months. I now feel like I have some semblance of a rhythm again but the damage has been done. I have gained so much weight back. Lost a lot of my muscles (but these come back quickly, I hear) and just feel very, very, very unhappy with my body right now. I think I'm around 270 pounds (haven't weighed recently but I know I've gained since my last weigh in a few months ago), 5'9 and will be the big 4-0 this year. I want to feel like I have my *kitten* together soon-ish.
I would love to add like minded people to my friends list who can encourage and help make me actually LIKE tracking my food. This has always been the toughest part for me. But I know I love EM2WL and I follow on FB, so this bit is okay. Just logging always sucks.
