Bicep Curls. Slow and controlled works best. Do 100 of these to feel the burn. Even better performed sitting on an exercise ball to engage your stabilizer muscles at the same time. Good luck!!!!!!

Sooo... I'm traveling next week Wed/Thu and won't have access to a gym/weights/etc. Just throwing that out there in case you can stick to body weight type of exercises on those days or let me know what I can do to sub instead.0
