Thoughts on Nuun tablets?

As I'm experimenting with IF I'm also being extra mindful of electrolytes.
I've been having broth in the mornings, but as I keep a water bottle going all day, I'm exploring other options.

I picked up some Nuun hydration tablets at Whole Foods.

Thoughts on these from an electrolyte and insulin perspective?

Note: I'm not very "low carb". I don't count carbs etc. Just try to limit low fiber, low nutrient carbs.
Not diabetic.

thanks!

Those are pretty minimal amounts; seems like an expensive way to get electrolytes.

    But tasty.

I should add: this isn't my ONLY approach by any means. I have drops. I take mag etc. supplements.

Just something new to liven up my water.

I guess I was more wondering if there was any NEGATIVE to them. Make sense?

    Thanks Kikor!

Since it's just for the sake of discussion, and you asked about any negatives, off the top of my head I'd say (1) it's got sorbitol and ace-K, which can/could be problematic, and (2) it's reinforcing the pathways in your brain that equate hydration with flavor.
