Thoughts on Nuun tablets?

As I'm experimenting with IF I'm also being extra mindful of electrolytes.
I've been having broth in the mornings, but as I keep a water bottle going all day, I'm exploring other options.
I picked up some Nuun hydration tablets at Whole Foods.

Thoughts on these from an electrolyte and insulin perspective?
Note: I'm not very "low carb". I don't count carbs etc. Just try to limit low fiber, low nutrient carbs.
Not diabetic.
thanks!

Those are pretty minimal amounts; seems like an expensive way to get electrolytes.0

But tasty.
I should add: this isn't my ONLY approach by any means. I have drops. I take mag etc. supplements.
Just something new to liven up my water.
I guess I was more wondering if there was any NEGATIVE to them. Make sense?
Thanks Kikor!0 -
Since it's just for the sake of discussion, and you asked about any negatives, off the top of my head I'd say (1) it's got sorbitol and ace-K, which can/could be problematic, and (2) it's reinforcing the pathways in your brain that equate hydration with flavor.0
