I put on my board that I had gone for a 41 minute walk/hike before lunch. My sugar was high this morning and I had Cheerios and milk around 10 AM. I started my walk roughly at 12:30. I felt fine right up until I got home.
Then I started shaking, my stomach and right side were in great pain, and I felt sick. So, I ate an apple with peanut butter, and that seems to have settled things down,
Now, I am freezing. I've noticed that a few times after exercising. Is this normal to be cold after a bike ride or strenuous walk?

yes, it was 4.2, which is low for me. This is the first time I've felt such pain after exercising.

Maybe you are getting sick? Right side...how is your gallbladder? I don't really have a clue. I hope you don't have that again, Judy!!!!

Well, I phoned telex early Ontaio. I was getting more pain, and vomiting. I don't have my gallbladder. I am now in the hospital since Friday afternoon. It's a major pancreatitis attack. Today, the doctor told me that instead of a normal lipase level of 150' and allowing for my chronic pancreatitis, it's expected to be around 800' even taking enzymes and eating right. I'vebeen really watching my fat I take because that is my biggest problem with the pancreas. My lipases are 8000 and now my bilirubin is also elevated and I have an infection of some kind. So, they are keeping me here for a few more days on a clear fluid diet, antibiotics painkillers, and an MRI sometime in the next few days. That'll teach me for trying to get healthy (lol)

Yes I'm doing my best. But, you may be right considering how my sugars have been. And, worrying bout it won't make it better, so I'll let the wonderful people at the general take care of me for awhile.
