How to lean out

Hi, I'm 37 years old and recently got back into lifting. I've been consistent for a few months now, lifting 4-5 days a week and 15 min cardio after (except leg day) I have my macros set at 40/30/30. I have a vacation to Cancun coming up in January and I want to get lean for it. Any recommendations on adjustment I should make to my workouts or macros? and how early should I start? thanks.

    I'm not an expert on macros but I know they are programs, free, that will help you adjust according to the goals you are trying to reach. For me to get lean it's not calories in or out, it's what I eat. I do better high protein, low carb, no dairy.
