Last year I had this burning desire that just made me move. Right now I just need someone to light a fire under my butt to make me go. It's like I take 2 steps forward and then 2 steps back.
Like I know I should stay away from sugar but today someone brought me a cookie. I ate it It didn't even taste good. I kept thinking this tastes bad but I didn't stop all I thought was well it's 200 calories get the whole thing.
So this week I'm allowing myself to taste things and say yuck and throw it away and estimate the calories.
I still need to increase my water
want to increase my steps by a 1/2k steps
eat all my protein

Two steps forward, two steps back... Kinda like dancing the cha cha, isn't it?That should count as cardio, right? Just kidding, @2020pinktogo . Good luck with your goals this week. You can do it!0

Gaining weight from mindless snacking while reading and few free food at work ( pizza for everyone!)
1. Lose two pounds
2. Planned and pre logged eating after work
3. No eating in big chair! ( mindless snacking only takes place if comfortable,right)
4. First triathlon on Friday.. .alive and well with no injury with hopes of new personal best time in water and bike

I just realized I have a half ironman in 8 weeks -- really need to start biking more, panic!
I have a plan and feel like I'm back at it again, but I am frustrated with myself since I seem to be on and off, on and off all the time. I don't think I'm doing all or nothing -- I know better -- but maybe I am subconsciously deciding "oh, not ready to get serious about food stuff again yet, so will take the excuse not to worry about it for the rest of the week, will start next week."
And writing that, yes, I realize I AM definitely doing that. Hmm.0 -
I seem to have this thing about my current weight. So, for all the goals I may have, right now I just want to get to 154 pounds. I get down to 155 and bounce up a little. Have been doing this for about 3 months now.

@JMarcella57 I am bouncing around 155 too! What IS it about that number?!
Remaining focused on our goals is right! I've been working sooo much better on my daily goals. So much so that I'm hoping to see 154 this week. Focus, focus...0 -
Great race! Alive and well and without injury... Best time on bike... Totally time to get serious and get this in shape person to a lower weight! Running in the heat on Friday was like running with a backpack on.... Small race so placed third overall master female. Survived lake swim!
