Joy of NOT Binging/Overeating

Here's something I need to remind myself of constantly: I feel SO MUCH BETTER mentally, physically, and emotionally when I am eating properly - eating only when my body feels physically hungry, and stopping at comfortably full. I have a habit of compulsive overeating/bingeing, but everything about my life is so much better when I don't! My body feels good (not overfull/sick, digestion is better), my mind is clearer, my body is lighter, I'm proud of myself, food tastes better when I do eat because my body actually needs fuel). I'd like to thank the book "Brain Over Binge" for getting me to the point where I have the skills to not give in to the pull of that bad habit. I can't let myself forget how this feels!
