Last year was an emotional rollercoaster. I lost 35 march till August THEN gained 43 ish from Sept till now. In fairness life was a mess last year. Lost my dad, his younger sister (my aunt was only 64) and my family rifts came screaming back in the wake of all that stress. When I fell off the wagon I feel off hard with all not tracking, running, weighing food, or weighing myself. I also added on loads of debt (Back on YNAB which for me works like MFP). Anyway back on MFP working to drop 55-65 lbs (15 till wonderland, then 45 till overweight then the rest to see where I land). In 2007 I dropped over 75lbs (was 15 lbs higher and went down to a BMI of 21).
I am 5'9 and 43 years old. I am currently 215 lbs and over 30 BMI my goals would take me at least to 24 BMI maybe more.
But here is to day one of many back on the plan. my apple watch has been logging in for me so it looks like I have been on plan for 100 plus days.. But not so much..

Well, the great news is that you did it before so you know what to do and how to do it which is a really good place to start. How's it going? Sorry to hear about all the problems, but your dad would have wanted you to be happy and healthy so maybe think about that too.1

Been there, done that! I also am just getting back on the horse, after being 10 pounds away from my goal weight and then gaining it all back (plus some more!). Here's to success for both all of us!0
