Hello, I am new to Dukan and will be starting tomorrow. Anyone else doing anything with dukan? Would love to make a support system with others!

    Hi, I'm also new to Dukan. A colleague spoke to me about the 2nd method (Seven Steps of the Nutritional Staircase) and I want to lose 15-20 lbs, so I'm going to start this version on Monday. Feel free to add me :)

    Just saw this post & I started the attack phase (again, today) just got back from Vacay.

    Hi, every since I started Dukan 2, I lost 14 lbs in 6 months :) These days, I'm just trying to maitain what I have lost so far.

    Is this group still active? I've been doing Dukan since 23rd January and loving it.
