How much weight did you lose in the 2 weeks post op

I am only two weeks out from being sleeved. I have not been able to get in all of the protein or vitamins each day. The vitamins are HUGE! I am eating less than 400 calories a day and only get around 20g of protein. I just can't swallow that much without feeling sick. I know everyone is different and a lot depends on good nutrition. I thought the weight would come off faster. I have lost 17 pounds. What is the normal weight loss during the 2 weeks post op?

This ^^^ Take time to focus on how you feel! Work hard at getting your protein up, or your loses will be from muscle when it happens! At two weeks out I wouldn't expect you to be able to achieve 100% compliance, but you need to strive for more! And, expect stalls to happen! Our bodies go through many phases of healing (from the change in food consumed), and will put weight loss on the back burner during these times! Measure yourself! This change can be a huge motivation when the scale isn't!
Your weight loss so far is awesome!! Good for you!!2 -
Healing up, and following the schedule is the most important right now. Your body is still repairing surgical damage, so you will be gaining/losing up and down for a week or 3. The rate you lose also seems to depend on where you start off.2
