I've stopped initiating threads because there are so few people posting. Too bad, I was excited about this group.
That said, yesterday was a Breaking Point chest workout with abs at the end. I stayed within my macros and finished under, but for some reason the steps from my Garmin didn't sync with MFP so it looks like I was over!

Weight: 188.9 lbs
Workout: Insanity Max Cardio Circuit
My two month experiment is almost done. I think the workout schedule is solid, but the cutting calories 3 days a week didn't change my weight in any meaningful way.
It was worth a try.0
