Is there a low carb BRAT diet? TMI

For the last month or so I've been dealing with only pooping once every 3-4 days. I'm not sure what happened, though I'm guessing Gluten, and I haven't been able to stay out of the bathroom all day today. I'm drinking tea, but any other suggestions? I might do applesauce if I have some at home. I need a fix though, this is killing me.

    When my stomach is off I drink extra apple cider vinegar. I drink a shot every morning but I increase it to 3-4 times a day during stomach distress.

    Bone broth. Or chicken soup sans noodles.

    Ditto on the chicken broth. Unsweetened applesauce but most importantly water.

    I also drink Kombucha - it tends to balance out gut bacteria either direction. If you're plugged, it unplugs. If you're overly unplugged, it plugs. And I HIGHLY second the ACV recommendation!! It's been my saving grace of late. And green veggies - as little fiber as possible to aggravate the backside...

    Yup. I'll drink a cup each meal for a few days. Focus on probiotics and prebiotics, too.

    Oh, and I think it is IBreatheI'mHungry that has a egg drop soup recipe that's keto that's supposed to be good for that, too.
