Setting Nutrition Goals

When I started the lower carb eating I did a ton of research and read so many different things. Something I read gave me a guide or formula for setting my daily nutrition goals but I cannot remember where I found it. I plugged in some of this info into the Goals here, and ended up with this attached pic.
Does this seem like a good balance? I am 54 yrs old & weigh about 148 lbs. How do the rest of you set your nutrition goals? I'm kind of winging this and have done pretty well for weight loss in the last few weeks (6.2 lbs), but never really know if my goals are healthy & reasonable.

I use the keto calculator to help me with my macros, and I readjust every few pounds I lose.
I'm 39 years old, 5'1", and currently 172ish pounds. I don't exercise, but I manage to get in around 7,000-8,000 steps per day, according to my FitBit.
Here are my macro settings:
Calories: 1373 (I think I set it for a 20% deficit)
Carbohydrates: 34g (10 %)
Fat: 107g (70 %)
Protein: 69g (20 %)

Thanks! That looks very familiar so I'm guessing that's what I used before. I'll go in an update my numbers tonight.0
