Day 21 No appetite for healthy foods like eggs, meat, or veggies, unfortunately

The "Not-So-Whole30" continues...
And the sore throat and stuffy nose continues... And lack of appetite, which is not great for eating healthy foods!

Meal 1: Piece of organic mozzarella cheese (for protein), and a banana (I feel like in my case eating dairy is better than munching on crackers because at least this way I am still grain-free)

Meal 2: Some snap pea chips, some applesauce, and a Kind Bar (Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond)

Snack: an apple and almond butter

Meal 3: Chicken-potato soup with bone broth and carrots. Then had some strawberries.

I would love to add some more calories to my day, but can't seem to muster the appetite.
