    I just started doing the keto diet. for about a week now. It's interesting...I'm not sure about how much caloric daily I should intake. Just for starters I'm trying 1600. I did set my macros to a keto based diet. We shall see if it works.

    My eating is 10g carb, 55g protein, 105g fat based on the output of the calculator. I'm 5'2" and weight 137lb
    The plan has some great tips and recipes.
    Have also invested in a blood ketone reader - Freestyle Neo.
    The 'key' to keto is to reduce protein and increase fat.
    I lost 34kg doing New Atkins, but have stalled with only 5kg to go. I'm hoping that a move to a strict keto diet will help. No more Atkins bars or shakes - I read that the maltitol used in the products has a high GI.
