I recently discovered a product called Ketopia which helps your body burn fat instead of carbs. I successfully lost 10 pounds in just 10 days and have kept the weight off. The only downside to this program is there are very few people who know about this diet program yet, let alone how to maintain a keto diet type of lifestyle, where you consume more fat intake than carbs.
