Vertical Sleeved wanting to lose weight on Keto Diet

I have set my macronutrients to Carbs....20, Fat....40 and Protein....40 to start. Was sleeved on June 8, 2015 lost to 195 then started gaining because I got lazy with my eating habits. My weight is 255 and want to get down to 135 on my 5 foot 2 inch frame. I am going back to Planet Fitness twice a week and walking my dog 20 minutes a day.
