Day 22- Went to the Gym and Now I'm Motivated!

So, I feel good this morning, motivated even! My cold has progressed to include a mild cough today in addition to my stuffy nose and sore throat.
I went to the gym this morning and spent 10 minutes doing very light excercise on the ellipitacal before I met with a trainer and he showed me how to use/adjust strength machines, and how to do crunches properly. I am loving this new found knowledge. Now I just need to get over this cold so I can get back into exercise and strengthening my muscles!
I should probably meal plan for my "Not-So-Whole30" early in the day since I have been doing so poorly with my eating choices the past few days.
Meal 1: Banana, Organic Mozz Cheese Stick, Almond and Coconut Kind Bar, Applesauce, and a Tropicana Small Bottle of Orange Juice
Meal 2: I have a bag of frozen veggies (potatoes, zucchini, carrots) that I can steam in the microwave, so I am going to plan on that! I have some walnuts to eat after to fill me up.
Meal 3: Cooked zucchini in EVOO, Pasta Sauce, and organic ground beef
