I apologize in advance if this has been asked a hundred times....but I looked back in discussions and couldn't see anything recent.
I'm about 10 weeks into my new LCHF woe. I absolutely love it! It's worked very well for me and I'm always on here reading little tips from all of you amazing people!
I can't get rid of this headache.....at first I thought it was the keto flu but it's not supposed to last 2 months is it? I'm looking for ideas to ease this pain!! I drink when I'm thirsty, my diary is open.

An electrolyte imbalance can happen at any time. It is not just a thing that happens when you first start low-carb.
Have you been supplementing and keeping up with your electrolytes?

The link I posted has great information about why it happens and what to do about it.

My headaches are seriously reduced by a bottle of ketoade. Every. Single. Day.2

It takes a while to find balance of electrolytes. I still struggle with this some days, after 13 months! I have learned that a shot glass, or two, of pickle juice can help headaches right now. Keeping the electrolytes in check everyday will help with the continuing issues. This isn't something that's once and done. It takes a daily commitment to maintain the balance. The key is learning to listen to your body, and recognising which fuel you need to remedy certain situations. You will get there! Choosing foods for this fuel is your future with this woe!1

So this is why I've been having headaches every day since I dropped down to 50 carbs??? I guess I'll be buying pickles today. Wow0
