Here's what I generally do in a day, to the best of my ability. I tend to only get through one round of each stretch, but I've really seen myself improve! Feel free to post progress pics too as you make it :)

    I don't have a daily routine. I would like to start and stretch 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I always try to stretch after dance or cardio classes. When strength training, I will stretch after each set or if I am doing a class with weights, stretch afterwards. I do a lot of rolling with a roller. Stretching or rolling is like given yourself a massage.
