I'm aiming for a pound per week to get rid of this weight I suddenly packed on in the past 12 months.

i am not necessarily tring to lose more weight. My goal is to not gain any major weight during this month. I have lost a few extra pounds that i am prepared to gain back but nothing beyond that.

I am okay with gaining back the 2 pounds to equal 130 because I do not want to lose any extra weight because my clothes and bra are already getting too big. I have bought new bras twice. I absolutely refuse to buy anymore. All my clothes are alreaady getting too big. This says a lot since I started out wearing tight jeans. Now some of my jeans can be pulled off without unbuttoning them.2
