Congratulations everyone on making it this far! This is the final week of cycle 1 of the Shred Revolutionary Diet! You all should be proud of yourselves, regardless of how much weight you have lost. "shredding is not just about taking off excess weight, but also Shredding some of the mental stumbling blocks and obstacles that impeded your progress in the past", Dr.Ian K. Smith. So good job everyone, now you know you can do anything and learn to be focused and determined when you need to be. Now this week, there is no special things or food to buy like on week 5. It's similar to the other weeks, 3 and 4. So keep up the exercises and following the diet plan and let's all finish out strong! And remember you can do another cycle after this in any order that you want . Whatever weeks worked best for you start off with those weeks. So good luck and God bless!
