Its important while were in the early days that we focus on technique... Will be important when we are up to several minutes of planking. Make sure you have a nice straight torso, don't fall into temptation to compensate core muscles by bending at hips. Also good to find a soft surface ... yoga mat or pillows under elbows works for me. Your elbows will appreciate it when we get to a longer plank time !
