Its important while were in the early days that we focus on technique... Will be important when we are up to several minutes of planking. Make sure you have a nice straight torso, don't fall into temptation to compensate core muscles by bending at hips. Also good to find a soft surface ... yoga mat or pillows under elbows…

So, 1 week into it, how's it going for everyone? I gotta admit I was starting to shake the last couple of seconds. I'm excited to see how I continue doing. I'm 51, completely out of shape and am just starting to work out!! With 40 extra lbs on me it's harder than I thought!
