Planking Technique

Its important while were in the early days that we focus on technique... Will be important when we are up to several minutes of planking. Make sure you have a nice straight torso, don't fall into temptation to compensate core muscles by bending at hips. Also good to find a soft surface ... yoga mat or pillows under elbows works for me. Your elbows will appreciate it when we get to a longer plank time ! Post any other planking tips that you have !
