Just had a great stir fry made with boneless skinless chicken thighs, broccoli and zucchini cooked with sesame oil and topped with a few table spoons of no sugar added peanut butter stirred in.

I just threw stuff together but it is seriously so yum and tastes like satay without the carbs!

Are there some brands of pork rinds that are better than others, or do you just get used to the taste?

@mohesser I don't know if there truly is a difference between all the brands but I find the non-American brands better tasting, ie. Mexican ones or Asian ones.

Mexican pork rinds are crunchier - sturdier.
