New to keto, looking for MFP friends!
Hi all, I've been on and off MFP for years. I finally discovered keto which fits perfectly with my gluten free lifestyle (celiac over here), and I'd like some keto friends on MFP! Low Carb - Keto - Not losing body fat?
I have been low carbing since 5/23/16. As of 6/10 I was at 41.6% body fat. Today I showed 39.9%, the entire time in between it has fluctuated as high as 42 and as low as 39.8. I keep my carbs usually under 20 but most definitely have kept them under 50. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks for your help!

Help Too Much Protein in macros
After years of LC and no results, I chose to switch to Keto. I've been doing pretty well this week keeping all macro's in check, however today my protein went too high. What can I eat for dinner to get more fat in without adding more carbs and protein? Help?

Hi. Im Noel. I had gastric bypass in June of 2015 and have lost 153 pounds so far. I've always suffered from gastrointestinal problems from eating starchy carbs so I've decided to give Keto a chance. So far so good. Would love to make new friends in similar situations.
