Tournament prepping

My son is playing in a 2 day lacrosse tournament 4 hrs from home this weekend. That means leaving the house at 7:15 tomorrow morning, arriving at the tourney around noon (time zone difference), then hanging out at the park all day with games at 1:30, 5:30 and 7:30pm. In addition to the usual easy pack-alongs (trail mix, granola bars, fruit and veg, sandwiches etc) I am including hard boiled eggs, cheese and kielbasa. Not to mention toting 3 gallons of water in jugs, plus Lacroix for me. Sunday is easier because he only has one game at 11:30am and the hotel we're staying at can be pretty keto friendly in the morning (always eggs and a meat included) then I will likely fast until we get home.

I've been enjoying Pork rinds or cracklins with guacamole as an easy keto snack. If I didn't have problems with dairy, there are lots of dips to choose from. Fast and easy.

Nice prepping! It's worth the extra effort to make sure you can stay on track at events like this. Way to go!
