Sure I have hit this weight a month ago before a month of adventures interferred but to get back on track in one week and have mfp then let me know I am 75% to my target weight is a nice feeling. Wahoo.
Hope you are enjoying spring if it has finally got to you. 24 degrees n blue skies. Max annually is meant to be 21 in August. Fun. Good excuse for outdoor walking.

Yay! Happy dance for you! I' almost ready for my happy dance. I'm about 7 lbs from initial goal . SW 187 CW 149. GW 143. Started in October 2015. I think I may set a new goal of 130 after I see how I do at 143 for a while. No matter what I'm low carb for life due to diabetes.

@slimzandra ROTFL... thanks for that. Your timing is impecable. Just glanced at this when my mum wanted a little treat with me. She ate hers without me. Mum loves a little treat, but she has so much control. She can eat one square of chocolate or one macadamia or half a small truffle n stop happy. Thus she is still small.1

So random, goofy thought. Exactly how many calories does a happy dance burn, @SamandaIndia?1

Very happy for you , it feels so good to weigh less

Congrats...
I hit my 75% mark today as well... but I still have 19.4lbs to go. SW 308.2, CW 249.4, TW 230. I started January 5, 2016.
In September I intend to go to phase II. A new target weight of somewhere around 200-210. I'll figure that out after holding on to 230 for a couple of months.0
