Happy Mother's Day to the moms out there!
I'm starting this week better than the previous few. Looking forward to the numbers reflecting that next Sunday!

Sensible plan, JMarcella57! And good for the soul too! I will follow your lead on this week. Did pretty well last week, but have come down with a virus (my daughter too, poor girl), which has knocked my energy back dramatically. Barely watered my garden this weekend and little more. Looking forward to getting back to it!

Well I'm hoping for spring I took the plastic off the windows. LOL I dressed a wee bit too springy for today and froze my tuckus off. My sister asked for a picture and she was so impressed then my dad sent a shot of my feet with my hot pink sneakers and she was like SERIOUSLY!!! I dressed in slacks cardigan and nice top even jewelry but it was all black and white just like my sister asked and I'm so not that so I wore my hot pink sneakers knowing they wouldn't show but it made me feel like me.
My mom wore her turquoise sneakers and my dad wore his lime green. My sister says I am a bad influence. As they had on nice shoes til they saw me then said comfort wins and she'll never know til my dad sent the sneaker shot. LOL
I have a lot on my plate this week so i am just planning to get through it any way I can. If that means having a diet soda whatever. we are just going to get through the week.
I do plan on taking my lunch to work and exercising but other than that I'm just playing it by ear.0 -
Last week started badly and got better by the end, with some excellent eating, logging, sleeping, and working out over the weekend. As a result, I'm feeling happy and motivated this week.
Goals:
(1) Continue to log
(2) Continue to work on sleep
(3) Get in all my workouts
Simple, but effective if done right. ;-)0 -
Using notebook logging helped me be aware of high carb intake last week. Sooo
1. Lose weight
2. Carb count
3. No Eating after work ( get home after midnight so snacking at 2am!)

Good workout followed by soup and salad eat out with youngest niece. Ate much better today. More aware of carb servings.

My week is off to a better start. I think I may be ready to start logging again. I've also decided to increase my calorie goal a bit.0 -
Doing pretty well this week so far. Getting back to logging (going okay), and really working on sleep, which is making a huge difference.0
