It's too easy to think about how far you are from your goals without stopping to think about what you've already accomplished. So here's a spot to celebrate the small victories!

    Today, I increased my weightlifting weight amounts by a couple pounds each on my strength training exercises.

    I have made it to my gym between 4-5 days a week for the last month. I have gone back to making my own kale salad and bringing it to work instead of going out every day.
