Had a good day yesterday. No training, but getting out of a nice funk. Had a good time with friends and such.
Got up to run this morning. I had a run gait analysis and they had several suggestions and drills to try. So for the next couple of months, I'll probably be running every day but only short distances and just working on these drills. Then have one longer run each week where I try and put them into practice. This morning is my first morning. I got up and realized it's already light out, which makes me a bit self conscious when I'm going to be doing drills that serve a purpose but look kind of silly. I think I might get up really early, and the. crawl back into bed when I get home. Less people to stare at me so I'll be better focused on what I'm actually doing.
Have a parenting workshop I'm teaching in tonight. We'll see how that goes. No parent feels like they know what they're doing so I'll be talking more about where to go get resources you need and such like that.

Just wanted to check in. I feel kind of lousy and have been emotionally eating. Although, frankly, we're talking about three cookies and two chocolate bars, which is nothing since I have been known to binge and out of control way. This is not that. But it doesn't feel good.0
