DIabetes-help!

Working out and eating right but the weight is slow coming off. Any recommendations from other diabetics ? I am doing 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week and working out with a trainer 4 days a week.eating 1600-1900 Caliries a day.

    Watch your sugars carefully and adjust based on what your sugars are doing! if my.sugars are off i cant move those numbers at all!
