WE ARE GOING TO DO A NUTRITIONAL CHALLENGE THIS ROUND.
FIND THE RAINBOW! NO WE ARE NOT EATING SKITTLES, OUR CHALLENGE WILL BE TO DO A RAINBOW ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK. YOU JUST NEED TO DO THIS 5 DAYS THIS WEEK OUT OF THE 7 ON ANY COMBINATION. THIS WILL BE WORTH 25 POINTS AS WELL. YES WE CAN HAVE PARTIAL CREDIT. 5 POINTS PER DAY.

I had a delicious veggie pizza that had purple onions (purple), spinach (green), yellow peppers (yellow), and tomato chunks (red). It had a bunch of other stuff too.0 -

I still need clarification as well as to what all is needed to get the five points for a day. Do we have to have all six colors represented in a particular day or just get one or more consumed on a day and we will be racking up the points. Thank you!

Every morning I have white egg omlet with mushrooms,different colored bell peppers ( red,orange green) yellow onion
Snack is oatmeal with blueberries,raspberries, blackberries & strawberries

Day 2 is exactly the same as day one. Actually, it's so tasty and I don't want it to go bad so Day 3 will be exactly the same too.

Day 2 was the same as day 1 and day 3 will be as well. I pretty much have those veggies everyday in my lunch. Blueberries are the only fruit we have left in the house at the moment! Time to get groceries!0
