Any recommendations for more natural and artificial sugar free drink mixes or broth cubes? I had crystal light, mio and some Basic beef broth because I happened to have them around but i would like aspartame free and msg free options. Tia

You can make your own using liquid or powder magnesium, potassium and sodium with either Sweet Leaf or other stevia water flavor or lemon or lime slices.
I make one with ascorbic acid (vitamin c) which gives it a sour taste a lot like lemon juice. I often add some stevia water flavor for a strawberry (or whatever flavor) lemonade type flavor.

Walmart has some water flavors that use stevia (they have sugar in them as well, but less than a gram per serving and I'm pretty certain I use less than their serving size). I put a bit of salt & potassium in the bottom of my jar with a squeeze of flavor, then add water.

lemon water plus salt and Nu Salt. You can add stevia to make it lemonade.
As far as broth, look for broth spice recipes and add your salts.

I supplement mag in pills, so I have no help for you on that. Sunny Bunny's advice is good.

I have supplements for Calcium and Mag and just use a boullion cube in hot water to sip on for salt, or eat dill pickles. I try not to drink anything but water tho....I do have real lemon and liquid stevia for lemonade but never heard of putting salt in that! Learning some new tricks here, this is good, lol! Hot tea with cream. I stay away from the walmart low calorie stuff too, all has the aspartame and chemicals, yuck.
