    I would love to be able to knit/crochet myself cute tops and sweaters. Every pattern I've tried looks so cute on the models but really hideous in my huge size. I'm tired of knitting for weeks only to have to ravel it all out again and make more afghans.

    @PamamaJane - I actually have a special yarn set aside for once I get to normal sizes (Out of the W's and X's). They are some luxury yarns I got years back, and I hated not having ENOUGH yarn to cover my expansive self. I am in the same boat in that that is a close to goal reward on my radar, and sadly enough I'd somewhat forgotten about it!
