Hi All,
I have been doing power pump for about 6 weeks now and I would like some advice on when you increased your weights. I started out with the lowest 2.5 pounds on each side and recently switched to 5 pound weights. I am not yet strong enough to do the lunges with weights and have been using the same weight throughout class as it seems challenging for me by the final set.
