Second week check in!

We all did awesome for week one. But, I think we should all realize by now that losing weight isn't about being perfect for one week. It's definitely a lifestyle change and a mindset change. I was having a 4th of July BBQ at my house this year and as usual I wanted everything perfect. So, I skipped exercise several nights to shop and clean for the party. Then I ate too much yummy stuff. And I gained a pound and only exercised 2 hours last week. In two weeks I am going to Memphis with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway. I am going to try to pay more attention to that lifestyle and mindset change I am talking about and see if I can do better.

Some of you did stick to your new lifestyle this week. Holly worked out every day this week and Heather and Leah did a 5k on Saturday. So, I congratulate all of you on your success this week!
