Pretty good and easy. I'm still doing meatless lunch. Either a big fat salad with hardboiled egg, sunflower seeds, and avocado, or a big fat LC wrap with avo, tomatoes, romaine, and cheese. One time I made a veggie pizza by toasting the wrap and loading leftover sauteed veggies on with the cheese. Yumminess.
