More protein without fat

Hi. I'm having trouble getting the protein where it should be. Calories are where they should be. So are carbs. Protein is way under. Fats are way over. Probably due to almonds and avocados. Any advice?

Chicken! Especially chicken breast, it's almost pure protein.
