I found the podcast "Half Size Me" by Heather Robinson (sp?). I love it!! She's so upbeat and positive, with a great body-positive view, and realistic discussions of eating habits we probably all have if we've made it to 300+ pounds. She lost 170 lbs (after a few starts and regains) and has kept it off for several years. She talks a lot about the "maintenance mindset" and setting up your weightloss habits so they transition into a lifestyle of maintaining what you work so hard to achieve. (And I don't get any benefit from sharing this-- it's just something that has really changed my approach to this journey!)

What are you listening to (or reading, etc) for motivation and inspiration?

I usually listen to nutritional education podcasts where I pick up some idea. I used to listen to Cut the Fat Podcast. If you are interested I also watch youtube videos and there is a woman named Lauren who began her journey I think in 2009 or so and manage to lose 147 pounds from her 311 pound starting weight. If you are interested her channel name is loseitlikelauren.
