So I got my self up at 5:30 and did the Bicep Builder this morning. I didn't want to. I grumbled the entire time. But in the end, I did the whole workout and now consider myself a badass because I DID IT.

I'm waiting to get back into it. I did everyday up until the Sunday rest day and then I started feeling a cold coming on. So needless to say, I haven't started back yet. I'm waiting to feel better and let my body get all the rest it can. =(0
