Weekly Goals

Hey all, I was thinking maybe we should start a new thread or something similar every Saturday, and there we can all report the small fitness goals we achieved that week. I know that sometimes when you set a large goal, you loose sight of all the other little ones. So some little goals could be, I lost 1lb this week, or I increased my chest press weight by 2.5lbs, or I got out an exercised for 10 minutes a day 4 days this week instead of just two days. Just a thought, what do you all think? Oh fearless leader, any thoughts?
