so yesterday i did take my dog for a 3 mile walk, took my vitamins,got all my fruits and veggies, got all my water. I did not get out for my run, get my pants hemmed or hit my 13000 step goal i was about 300 shy when i fell asleep.
Today i wanted to
1) hit my 13000 steps
2) drink 10-12 glasses of water
3) log everything
4)scouts/ cubscouts
